What we collect

CollegePredictionMarkets.com is an editorial website. We do not require accounts. The personal data we may collect is limited to:

• Email address, if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request time) retained for security and aggregate analytics for up to 90 days.
• Aggregate, anonymous analytics about page views and outbound link clicks.

Why we collect it

• To send the newsletter you signed up for.
• To measure which pages are useful and improve them.
• To detect abuse and keep the site online.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use a first-party cookie to remember whether you have dismissed a banner. If we add analytics that require consent in your jurisdiction (EU/UK), we will display a consent banner before any tracking cookie is set.

Affiliate link tracking

When you click an outbound link to Kalshi, Polymarket, or another partner, the URL includes UTM parameters identifying CollegePredictionMarkets.com as the referrer. The destination site sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
